How many Girls do I have again?

It was Sunday Morning, my favorite morning to sleep in.
I woke up to the sound of blaring kids songs in the living room and it was only 8.
So I went out to get them in some real big trouble
only to find them dressed like this dancing all around the living room
Well, suddenly I wasn't mad anymore,
I couldn't stop laughing and that made Ruger MAD,
especially when he realized that I went to get the camera.
Yeah, he hid. So I had to drag him into my room so Daniel could see too.
And the only way I could get him to stand up and quit hiding,
so that I could get a picture was to threaten that if he didn't I would make him wear that dress to church.
You should have seen how fast that worked. Aren't they cute!!
P.S. Mykenzie said that it was Rugers idea to play princesses. True or False - ?????

Happy Birthday Ruger!

So Ruger is 5 now can you believe it? I was kind of lame for his Birthday, well after Hyrums Awsome cake, Ruger wanted a Dinosaur one, and I didn't even do it, luckily he said he didn't care, and even that he liked this one that I uh, yeah picked up at the store. Lame!

They couldn't resist eating the Ice cream cones and I thought it was kind of a fun picture.

Aspen didn't want to miss out either!!

Why Tablecloths are BAD!

Because when you leave the room, while your toddler is stuck in her highchair after your son just made a peanutbutter sandwich. She will pull the cloth until she can reach the PB then miraculously get the lid off and make a mess. I honestly have no idea how she got that lid off, but I watched her put it back on. It must not have been tight.

The Day Aspen went Missing!!!

I was in the office wasting time one day, Aspen had been in and out, just checking on me I guess. Then when I hadn't seen her for a while I just knew something must be wrong.... So I went looking for her, hoping she wasn't doing anything too messy. I checked to see if she was watching a movie with Hyrum, not there. I looked in her room, maybe she was playing with toys or looking at books? Nope. Oh no, she must be playing in the bathroom I thought, hmm not there either. Maybe she wandered into my room, again no Aspen. I came back down the hall re-checking each room on the way to the livingroom where Hyrum was quietly watching a movie so I asked him if he knew where Aspen was, he said (without caring at all - I might add) "maybe she went outside" I knew that was impossible. So I peeked into the Kitchen and she was quietly sitting in her chair sucking her thumb, until I looked at her then she said "eat, okay" and grinned.

November 7 - Ruger and Aspen in the snow!

We got our first good snow fall on November 7th this year. Mykenzie was at school and Hyrum went with his Daddy for the day.

Ruger just had to get out and play in it, So I thought I'd see what Aspen thought too. Ruger had fun making Huge snowballs...

And Aspen had fun eating the Small ones.

Ruger made all of the snowballs for his snowman and of course he needed help stacking them, good thing he's got a tough Mommy, heehee at least that's what he thinks.
