I was making Koolaid 2 nights ago for dinner, and like usual Hyrum was watching me and he said " Mmmm Mom, I smell it tastes Yummy, (sniff sniff) See I do!

Crazy Hair Day

Once a month at School there is a School Spirit Day when the pick a different theme in September it was Crazy Hair Day.
It was Mykenzie's idea to have her hair standing up, then of course the challenge was mine. Figuring out how to do it.
I just braided her hair around pipe cleaners then we had to put in a headband too cause that helped anchor them pretty crazy huh!

Ruger's Hair was about as crazy as we could get!!!! But he won the prize that day, they put the names of everyone who participated in a bucket according to age. Then they pick one name to win - so he got picked for Kindergarten.

Happy 3rd Birthday to Hyrum!!

For Hyrum's Birthday we started with Ice Skating, it was lots of fun, but Hyrum couldn't keep his fet under himself with skates so he just went with his Boots, but he still had lots of fun! As you can see!


Aspen took the easy way out, she got to ride! But she got bored after about an hour,

Hyrum had fun with Daddy helping him go FAST!

Mykenzie is geting pretty good at it. Ruger is having fun trying.
They get to go skating with their school class about every other week I think. Fun Fun Fun!!!

After Ice Skating we went to the park for the real party. Check out that cake!
Hyrum will be talking about this for a while - he tells everyone who'll listen that his Mom made him a Blue Bumblebee Cake! It turned out Great! And it really wasn't that hard either. If anyone wants tips let me know!! If I can do it anyone can!!



We had a picnic and the kids played on the playground. Then we did Cake & Presents.

Hyrum had a really great day with most of his friends!!
